Events
- Off Road 4×4 Club – aims to cater for all levels from the beginner or ‘newbie’ in a road standard Jeep to those of great experience with modified vehicles. For the needs of those new to Jeep ownership we can give professional advice, tuition and support. Our events are beginner friendly and even at our rare hardcore off-roading activities or competitions we try to always make provision for ‘Newbies’. Although our expertise centres around late-model Jeep vehicles – Wrangler, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee and Commander, we have members with models right back to the original WW2 MB and all are welcome to our events.
- We promote a safe and responsible attitude to off-road driving and exert no pressure on our members to tackle obstacles they do not feel comfortable with. Help and advice is available at every step and the key to the concept is the informal atmosphere.
- We promote awareness to the environment and the protection thereof by ensuring we stay on the demarcated route and what we bring in we take out afterwards.
